A proven leader with over 15 years of developing and operating ambulatory surgery centers, Jordan co-founded and built Frontier Healthcare Holdings, LLC, the largest private health system of surgery centers in the state of New York, serving as Chief Executive Officer. Jordan began his career as an Associate for iLiant Management Solutions, a healthcare development and management company located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

With over 20 years of healthcare business experience, Eric successfully founded and served as a managing partner for multiple healthcare organizations offering consulting, management services, and business development for various hospital systems across the U.S. Eric began his career at PHS, a leading surgical supply distribution company, where he served in sales and senior management roles.

Ben brings years of diverse healthcare experiences to MFH, ranging from specialty physician recruiting to building and running a successful implant distributorship, focusing on orthopedic implants. Previously, Ben developed a network of over 700 primary care providers in Texas.

Ryan joined MFH from Phoenix Investors, a national commercial real estate firm where he served as Managing Director of Capital Markets. At Phoenix Investors, Ryan strategically managed the debt and equity needs of its affiliated companies and trusts. Previously, Ryan gained experience at two multi-billion-dollar regional bank groups and served as a consultant to a private equity group. Ryan is a lifelong entrepreneur, having started his first business while in high school.

Dan joined Medical Facilities Holdings as Chief Operating Officer in 2022. Prior to Medical Facilities Holdings, Dan served as the Senior Vice President of Operations for PSN Affiliates. He brings over 16 years of healthcare business experience. Dan has successfully founded and served as a managing partner specializing in operations and branding for multiple healthcare organizations offering consulting, management services, and business development for various hospital systems across the U.S. Dan began his career at Professional Hospital Supply, a leading surgical supply distribution company, where he served in senior management in charge of Global Sourcing, Product Management, Marketing, Supply Chain and Branding.
